I feel like such a cry baby whiner but Im going to share this with you anyways because I want to be able to look back and see what happened when I think to myself why I haven't lost any weight the past week!!
Well after my chicken nugget issue last week I still tried to keep to my diet as much as possible!! I had a shoot on Wednesday that I supplied lunch, donuts, coffee, soda, etc. for everyone. I didn't eat any of the junk, drank mostly water, and only ate half of a sandwich with no condiments.
Little did I know that the next day I would wake up in EXTREME pain from my shoulder hurting. Yes, I am stupid because I lifted over a 100lb lighting kit by myself!! I should have known better but when Im in work mode no one can tell me otherwise!! UGH!!!!
Well I ended up layed up in bed pretty much until yesterday!! But, yesterday I ended up with some weird stomach bug. That on its own was not pleasant at all!!
So here I am today!! Hoping to start things back up!! Any advice will be HIGHLY appreciated as to how I can jump start this weight loss thing back up!!! LoL
