Well I never really thought about calories before, but now that I found out how many I'm supposed to have a day, and I'm really trying to stay around that, I realize how many I was probably eating before. (OMG) Even the healthiest things are calories, and I was eating some junk! No more "oh I only ate 10 pringles today", or "I just had a hand full of Mrs. Fields popcorn". And then when I find out that the wine I drink at night counts as 200 calories a glass for me, another (OMG) came out of my mouth. Well 3 glasses of wine a night is being counted as 600 calories. that's almost half of my daily amount. Good thing I'm eating REALLY well during the day lol. Ive also decided on a very small dinner every night. I'm going to eat bigger, earlier meals instead of eating a lot at night! Hopefully another small change in the right direction!!
